Research

The Research stream is all about creating valuable insights to support psychedelic public health and safety initiatives, like shaping policies, educating the public, and informing practitioner training that supports psychedelic public health and safety. Participants work together to identify and prioritize research questions, standardize definitions and methods, and align their studies with what’s most important for public health and safety. This stream encourages consistent data practices, seeks to define and understand adverse events, and makes sure that findings from basic research and applied studies come together to help shape public health guidelines. In the end, the aim is to provide trusted, evidence-based insights that can guide our efforts in promoting psychedelic public health and safety effectively.
